I manage all visual aspects of the business, including merchandising, window creation, and floorset execution while upholding brand standards. I create captivating window presentations, balancing company directives with store-specific creativity. Training and developing team members on visual standards, product knowledge, service expectations, and brand presentation is a passion of mine. I learned my love of visual merchandising from having a great mentor and I always aim to pay it forward.
As the visual merchandising manager at Madewell, showcasing our denim selection is always crucial. The jeans are the hero and other pieces like perfect crewneck t-shirts and alpaca cardigans are used to highlight them, providing full outfit options for the classic simple, chic look the brand is known for.
